About Me:	Ioannis is a Senior Lecturer in Tourism and Hospitality. He heads the International Hospitality Research Group at LMBS. He is the Vice Chair of the Institute of Hospitality - London Branch and a Ioannis is a Senior Lecturer in Tourism and Hospitality. He heads the International Hospitality Research Group at LMBS. He is the Vice Chair of the Institute of Hospitality - London Branch and a member of the Council for Tourism Concern. Passionate about Hospitality, he comes from a family of hoteliers and restauranteurs. Prior to his academic career he has been working for Hotels and Restaurants in Europe. His research and consultancy remains focused on practical aspects and solutions to management problems and issues in hospitality and tourism.
