About:	SEI’s concept is to create a restaurant and lounge that serves traditional Japanese fare with a contemporary twist in a dazzling, relaxed and fashionable atmosphere. The restaurant features a sushi menu in addition to a small a la carte menu featuring items such as Housemade Tofu with Wasabi Mascarpone, Miso Braised Kurobata Pork, and Veal Shabu Shabu. Highlights of Nori’s sushi menu include Fish and Chip Roll with malt vinegar, french fries and wasabi tartar, Kobe Beef Roll with shiso & red wine soy, Lobster Tempura Roll and various Nigiri. The intimate lounge will offer an extensive cocktail list, a lounge menu and support a 50 premium bottle sake list.
