His last official assignment was as Projects Head and Corporate Chef for a Hospitality Consulting House in India. He is a master at Oriental, Italian, French & Haute Cuisines. Additionally, he also specializes in Facility designing and financial budgeting. To his own cadre he has the collection 200+ projects done in a span of 5 years for some of the best known establishments in the industry.
